It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours. Total it takes 20-30 days time.
Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded in wallet / Bank account. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.
In case of orders placed with discount is returned, amount will be refunded which customer paid after the discount.
For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 20-30 working days after product QC done. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.
