OPT-OUT PROCESS:
Users can unsubscribe from NATICA's marketing messages by sending a request to us. We will process the request within a reasonable time. However, NATICA is not responsible for removing personal information from third-party lists. Users should contact third parties directly and acknowledge any risks involved.
User Conduct and Content
By using the NATICA website, the User agrees to comply with the applicable laws of their jurisdiction, including Indian laws. The User is responsible for staying informed and adhering to these legal requirements.
Users may post content such as questions, comments, reviews, images, and other information (“User Content”) on the NATICA website or through other platforms like social media, email, etc. The User confirms that any submitted content is original and does not infringe on others' intellectual property rights. By submitting User Content, the User grants NATICA a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable right to use, modify, publish, and distribute it globally without compensation.
NATICA is not obligated to respond to or pay for any User Content, nor to keep it confidential. The User agrees not to post content that is defamatory, harmful, illegal, or violates others' rights. The User must also refrain from submitting false, misleading, or harmful content, including malware, spam, or content that violates laws or infringes intellectual property rights.
NATICA reserves the right to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content and may use the User’s name in connection with it. The User is solely responsible for their content and agrees to indemnify NATICA for any claims arising from it. NATICA is not liable for any User Content posted by the User or third parties.
Discount e-coupons
Discount e-coupons are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific terms for each e-coupon. E-coupons will be honoured only when used according to these terms. All e-coupons are the property of NATICA, non-transferable, non-resalable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Each e-coupon has an expiry date and cannot be used after it expires. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any e-coupon if fraud or illegal use is suspected. Users will not have any claim against such cancellations or rejections.
Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
Timeframe: Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery
Reverse Shipment Fee: A charge of up to ₹100 per item may applies as per our Fair Usage Policy.
Return Pickup Attempts:
- Pickups will be initiated within 24–48 hours of the request.
- A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.
Service Availability: Reverse pickup depends on availability in your location.
2. Refund Process
- On successful quality check of the product(s) received at our end, we will approve your return request.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 20-30 working days from the confirmation.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account within 15-30 business days after approval.
3. Conditions for Returns
- Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
- Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.
- If the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then NATICA will only refund the discounted price as per the invoice.
4. Self-Shipping for Returns
If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) to the following address:

Shipping Instructions
- Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
- Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
- Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.
Reimbursement
- For prepaid orders, the full amount plus ₹100 (towards courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.
- For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your original payment method
7. Terms and Conditions
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. NATICA is not liable for errors in the provided details.
- If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.
8. Reporting Damages
- If the product does not meet standards at delivery, notify us within 1 day via:

Modification Rights
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and make improvements to the NATICA website at any time, without prior notice. Additionally, we may alter, limit, or discontinue any product or service on the platform at our discretion. We are not liable for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the website.
